Stanford Woods' Environmental 2018 Year in Review

In 2018, Stanford researchers worked across disciplines to show connections between air pollution and infant mortality in Sub-Saharan Africa, explore environments under the sea that can simulate advanced ocean acidification, and test biological ways to reduce plastic waste. The Stanford Environmental Research Review details these and more exciting projects and how they relate to and can impact policies and decision-making. Be sure to check out page 57 that highlights Stanford Center for Ocean Solutions’ work on coral reef recovery.
