Erin Prahler is a coastal planner at the California Coastal Commission in Southern California. Erin graduated from the University of Hawai‘i’s law school, receiving an Environmental Law Certificate while focused on marine protected areas and fisheries regulation. After working as a corporate associate for several years, she first joined the Center team in 2009 as a Public Service Fellow funded by Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Erin transitioned into an early career law and policy fellow in July 2010 and focused on the development and application of ecological principles for coastal and marine resource management.
