The skills, knowledge and expertise availible at the Center for Ocean Solutions spans marine and social sciences as well as law, representing the Center's interdisciplinary approach to problem-solving. Our team combines innovation and solid research to solving the intermediate and long-range challenges facing ocean health.
Elizabeth works to communicate the Stanford Center for Ocean Solutions' goals and accomplishments through effective writing and web content. She collaborates with the communications manager to help COS expand its social media presence. Elizabeth is currently working towards a master's degree at Moss Landing Marine Labs with a focus in the biology and ecology of seaweed communities.
Christina Hicks joined the Center for Ocean Solutions as an interdisciplinary social science early career fellow in May 2013. She is no longer an early career fellow but still an affiliated researcher.
