
Olivia Majorin
Olivia Majorin is the Communications Advisor for the Blue Food Assessment, a collaboration with Stanford University, EAT and the Stockholm Resilience Centre. Her primary focus is on curating emerging scientific insights and policy recommendations and executing the overall communication strategy.
Olivia is an international consultant that works in communications and engagement strategy. She loves to continuously innovate how to deliver powerful communications to audiences around the world. Prior to joining the COS team she was the Senior Communication Officer at EAT, a global non-profit organization dedicated to transforming the global food system by working across science, policy, business and civil society. Before becoming a full-time consultant, Olivia was the Communication Manager for an international not-for-profit research consortium Target Malaria, working to develop communications and outreach around an innovative tool for malaria control in Africa. Majorin holds a Master’s degree in Journalism and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the Institut des Hautes Etudes des Communications Sociales (IHECS) based in Brussels. Olivia is a Belgian and Finnish national. She speaks 4 languages: French, English, Spanish and Swedish.
